Refund Policy

Refund is only allowed when the product is in an original packaging and within 30 days of the original purchase date.

An original sales receipt must accompany all returns. Refunds or replacements will be provided for the original purchase price as stated on the receipt and in the same tender provided by the customer for the original purchase (cash, credit, etc.).

No returns or exchanges will be processed on prescription medication, tobacco, lottery, bus tickets/passes, phone cards, stamps, gift cards, compression therapy products, Orthopaedic & Incrediwear products or any clearance items. Other exclusions may apply.

Customers are required to sign a refund receipt to verify that the refund has been completed. Personal information collected during a return is used for auditing purposes only. All copies of the Personal information are stored securely.

Management may exercise discretion and reserve the right to decline a request for a refund or exchange at any time.
